1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

De Vans 2-Eyelet Boat Shoe Pony Hair doet iets wat weinig merken aandurven: het klassieke bootschoen-silhouet door de streetwear-bril bekijken. Het resultaat is een volledig zwarte bootschoen met een leerlook bovenwerk, de kenmerkende twee-oogjes-vetering met omlopende veter, en een pony hair-paneel op de neus dat de schoen zijn karakter geeft.

a. Fits true to size
Vans runs true to size; if you’re between two sizes, choose the bigger one. We carry EU 38 through 46, converted from the US sizes according to the Vans size guide. You can always try them on at our store in Den Bosch.
Wipe the faux leather part clean with a damp cloth and gently brush the pony hair in the direction of the nap. Not in the washing machine. Let dry at room temperature.
