Return period for warranty claims

If you want to return a product because it broke. And it broke so badly that it can reasonably no longer perform its function. And you think you are therefore eligible for warranty, please go to the Burned Warranty Page.
Our warranty period is 3 months after purchase.

Conditions for warranty claims

Are you dissatisfied with your product because it broke too quickly? Then you can report it here. Please state why you believe the product is covered by warranty. You will also be asked to upload a photo of the product.
We will assess whether your product is indeed covered by warranty.

If your warranty request is granted, we will send you the same product or a comparable replacement product that you have already selected in the warranty process.
If a replacement product is not in stock. We will contact you to find a suitable solution.
