How do exchanges work?

You can exchange an item on our return portal.

Have your order number and the email address you ordered with ready: you need them in the portal to exchange a product. You can exchange for a different size, a different colour or even a different product.

The return shipment is free when you exchange. Otherwise, the same deadlines apply as for returns: register your exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, and you then have another 14 days to send the item back. See our returns page for more information.
