When can I expect my order to be delivered to my home?

Orders that are fully in stock will be packed on the day of the order. If you placed your order before 3pm, it will be delivered to your home by our courier service the next working day (or Saturday).

I have ordered multiple products with different delivery times, when can I expect my order to arrive at my home?

If you order products with different delivery times, your entire order will be delivered based on the product with the longest delivery time. It is also possible to have part of your order shipped earlier if the difference in delivery time between the products is more than 7 days. I have received a wrong item. What now?

If you receive an item that you did not order, an error has probably been made by us. Very annoying, but we will solve it for you! If you return the product to us, we will reimburse the shipping costs within the Netherlands and send you the correct product. Register your return on the Burned returns portal.

Warranty scheme

What about the 100 day warranty scheme?

Almost all products you buy from Burned Sports have a 100-day manufacturer's warranty, valid from the customer's date of purchase. If there is no manufacturer's warranty on a product, this will be stated with the product in the webshop. If nothing is listed, you always have a 100-day warranty! This warranty scheme means that if a product is damaged to such an extent that it can no longer reasonably fulfill its function, Burned Sports will offer solutions. As a customer you can choose from the following solutions. The (1) product may be exchanged for the same product free of charge, the product may (2) be exchanged for a comparable product, (3) the product may be exchanged for a completely different product or (4) the purchase amount will be refunded to you in store credit. paid out. If you choose option 2 or 3 and the price of the product deviates from the original purchase amount, you will have to pay that amount additionally in the event of an additional charge, otherwise you will receive the price difference in store credit from Burned Sports. How do I know if my product qualifies for the warranty scheme?

If you want to make use of the guarantee scheme, you, the customer, must prove within 100 days from the date of purchase that the product is defective to such an extent that it can no longer reasonably perform its function. You can do this in two ways. You can (1) come to the shop with the product for this and deal with everything immediately with an employee or (2) provide the proof electronically and then return the defective product. If you choose option 2, it is best to take photos of the product and email them to klantenservice@burnedsports.com along with an explanation of the defect. Do not forget to include the order number of your order. Our staff will then respond within 24 hours whether the product is eligible for warranty.

How do I return a product if I want to make use of the warranty scheme?

Go to our Burned warranty portal and register your product. Have your order number at hand. And be sure to take photos of the damage so that you can upload them to the portal.

Returning products

I would like to return my product, is that possible?

Yes, you can return your products within 100 days. Provided they are undamaged and unused. E.a. for our assessment. The costs for return shipment are EUR 5.95 per order. You can easily register your return on the Burned returns portal.

How do I exchange my product for a new product?

If you would like to exchange a product, return the product and follow the returns process.

You return a product and order a replacement product. You can opt for shopping credit. Then the return costs are free within Belgium and the Netherlands and we will increase your shopping credit by EUR 5.00.

What ways can I return a product?

There are two ways to return a product. The easy and free way is to return the product to the Burned Sports store in Den Bosch within 14 days. The other way is to register your order on the Burned returns portal within 14 days of receiving the order. After this you will have 14 days to actually return the order. This return period also applies if you have purchased a product from us in the store in Den Bosch.

Can I also get a refund if I return a product?

Of course! If you return a product in undamaged condition and within the return period, you will receive a refund of the purchase price minus return costs of EUR 5.95. Once we have received the product, your money will be transferred to you as quickly as possible and no later than within the legally prescribed period of 14 days. When registering your return on the Burned returns page indicate the reason for the return that you would like your money back. You can also opt for shopping credit. We will then pay your return costs within the Netherlands and increase your shopping credit by EUR 5.00. Our team will do the rest!

How long do I have to return my products?

From the moment you receive the package, you have 100 days to return your product.

If you return the product after 14 days, we will refund your money in the form of store credit.

What is the Right of Withdrawal?

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within a period of 14 days.

The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you takes physical possession of the goods.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, you shall receive back from us all payments made by you up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any event not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such reimbursement.

We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back, or you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You shall return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, but in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate the decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of the return shipment.

You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

Excluded from the right of withdrawal is a consumer purchase that concerns the delivery of:

- products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person;

- products which spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;

- products which are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery;

- products which by their nature have been irrevocably mixed with other items after delivery;

- audio and video recordings and computer software of which the seal has been broken after delivery;

- newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of an agreement for the regular delivery of such publications (a subscription)."
