Weekendbestellingen worden op maandag verstuurd.
2 Kan ik ruilen voor een andere maat of kleur? Ja, via ons retourportal ruil je eenvoudig voor een andere maat, kleur of zelfs een ander product. Je meldt de ruil aan, stuurt het artikel retour en het vervangende product wordt (opnieuw) besteld. De retourzending is bij ruilen gratis.
3 Wat is jullie retourbeleid? Je hebt 14 dagen bedenktijd na ontvangst om je bestelling te annuleren, en daarna nog eens 14 dagen om het daadwerkelijk retour te sturen via het retourportal. Het product moet in originele staat en verpakking zijn.
