1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Saucony ProGrid Omni 9 Sneaker Light Gray
Quartz/Cadet is the calmest of the Omni 9 colors we got in: light gray mesh, suede in a slightly warmer shade and silver accents on the overlays, all on a white midsole. It's the version you put on without thinking about it, and that's exactly why we ordered it in the widest size range.
What is ProGrid, exactly?
The ProGrid Omni 9 dates from 2010, when Saucony built it as a stability model. The midsole contains ProGrid, a construction that spreads the impact of your heel across the sole instead of absorbing it at a single point. You don't notice the result on the first step, but after a day of standing or walking.
How does the upper feel?
Mesh where the foot needs to breathe, suede and synthetic overlays at the flex points, and a rubber cage around the sole that holds the sides together. That combination gives the shoe more body than a soft sneaker; it doesn't collapse when you wear it for a whole season.
What do you wear light gray with?
This is the color that takes the least planning. With denim, with black, with olive and with cream, it works without you having to think about it, and it keeps a dark outfit light. Compared to white, gray has one more practical advantage: it's less obvious where you've been.
How to keep it looking good
Brush the mesh dry; suede doesn't like water. For stains, use a damp cloth with a mild soapy solution, never the washing machine. This sneaker is available in our store in Den Bosch in EU 38.5 through 48, and you can order it online here.

Clean the mesh and suede dry with a soft brush. Stubborn spots with a damp cloth and mild soapy water, never in the washing machine. Let dry at room temperature, out of the sun and away from the radiator.
