1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Rigorer AR Insoles Blue
A light blue insole that runs the full length of your shoe, with a dark bottom layer you can see at the edge and a small logo at the level of your arch. The AR in the name refers to Austin Reaves, the NBA player Rigorer develops its basketball line for.
Four layers under your foot
Rigorer builds this insole from four layers: a fabric top layer that wicks away moisture, foam underneath for cushioning, then a support plate, and at the bottom a separate pad under the heel where the impact of a landing comes in. That's a lot more construction than the thin insole that comes standard in most basketball shoes.
The plate in the middle
That support plate is made of plastic and runs in a curved shape from your arch to your heel. It keeps your foot from twisting as far when you push off sideways, and it gives arch support without the insole feeling hard.
Will it fit in my shoe?
You buy it by shoe size, from 38 to 49.5, so there's no need to cut or trim. Take out the original insole and put this one in its place. If your shoe has a glued-in insole, it will be a tight fit; in that case, just drop by with the shoe in hand.
When will you notice it?
Mostly during long practices and tournament days, and in sports where you jump and land a lot. Basketball, korfball, volleyball and handball all fall into that category. If you only go out for a run on Saturdays, the benefit is a lot smaller and you're better off spending the money on something else.
