1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Rains Sowa Knit Crew Neck Bark / Black
A ribbed sweater in the color Bark, a deep warm brown, with black trim. Rains is the Danish brand that made its name with rain jackets, and you can see that background in the choice of material: not wool, but a knitted polyester that dries quickly.
Why polyester and not wool?
The Sowa is knitted from 100% polyester. The fabric absorbs little moisture, so after a shower on your bike it soon feels dry again. Rains itself calls the fabric a performance knit and says it breathes while also keeping the wind out. It doesn't itch, and you don't need to buy wool detergent for it.
The cuffs you roll up
The sleeves and the hem have wide ribbed bands. You can fold them over, revealing Rains' rubberized printed edge on the inside. It's the detail insiders recognize the brand by, and also the only logo on the entire sweater.
How does it fit?
Regular fit with a slightly dropped shoulder, as you can see in the photo. A T-shirt or a thin shirt fits underneath without pulling. It comes in S, M, L and XL. Check the Rains size guide to find your size.
Washing at thirty degrees
In the machine at 30 degrees on a gentle cycle. No ironing, no bleaching, no dry cleaning, and let it dry slowly. That way the rib structure stays crisp instead of sagging.
