McDavid 199 Ankle brace

The McDavid 199 Ankle Brace 199 made for use during sports that put high pressure on the ankles and where there is a high risk of the foot turning over. This ankle brace is also suitable for reducing ankle pain and to speed up healing with ankle injuries. The brace is in fact equipped with extra straps that offer optimum protection and stability to the ankle, and will also be extremely lightweight!

Product details:

The padding on the inside of the brace provides a pleasant feeling during sports activities, while the tongue is provided with a breathable fabric to reduce sweating.

Thanks to the figure-6 strap, you never have to tap yourself again. This brace emulates the effects of tape with the simplicity of an ankle brace. The ankle is perfectly enclosed for maximum comfort and protection!

Laces:

The McDavid 199 ankle brace uses laces to give you control over the fitting and tension around the ankle. You attach the velcro closure over the laces so that the laces do not come loose or get in the way.

Researchers from the University of Wisconsin-Madison have found that wearing the McDavid ankle brace reduces the chance of sprained ankles 3 times compared to when you don't wear an ankle brace (tested on 1460 basketball players).
