1 Hoe lang duurt de levering? In Nederland leveren we binnen 1-3 werkdagen. Voor 15:00 uur besteld? Dan streven we ernaar je bestelling dezelfde dag te verzenden, en heb je hem in Nederland meestal de volgende dag in huis. Naar het buitenland kan het langer duren. Weekendbestellingen worden op maandag verstuurd.
2 Kan ik ruilen voor een andere maat of kleur? Ja, via ons retourportal ruil je eenvoudig voor een andere maat, kleur of zelfs een ander product. Je meldt de ruil aan, stuurt het artikel retour en het vervangende product wordt (opnieuw) besteld. De retourzending is bij ruilen gratis.
3 Wat is jullie retourbeleid? Je hebt 14 dagen bedenktijd na ontvangst om je bestelling te annuleren, en daarna nog eens 14 dagen om het daadwerkelijk retour te sturen via het retourportal. Het product moet in originele staat en verpakking zijn.
4 Wat als mijn product kapot gaat? Onze garantieperiode bedraagt 100 dagen na aankoop. Ga je product kapot en functioneert het niet meer zoals het hoort? Meld dit aan via onze garantiepagina — wij beoordelen of het onder garantie valt. Daarnaast gelden altijd je wettelijke rechten (de wettelijke garantie).

Please note that the delivery time is slightly longer than 1-3 days. Usually the items are printed and shipped within 10 working days. During busy periods this can sometimes be a little longer.
