1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Vicinity Akimbo Lows Sneaker Bone Caper
A low sneaker with a wide, built-up silhouette. The upper is white, with dark olive-brown panels across the toe, midfoot and heel. Over that sits Vicinity’s brand mark: a stitched panel in the shape of bones, done in off-white. The laces are cream, the midsole too, and below that is a dark brown rubber outsole.
What does that bone mark stand for?
Vicinity uses the bone motif as a fixed point of recognition on every model. On the Akimbo Lows, it runs from the lacing back along the entire side, so from a distance it is the first thing you see. On the back of the heel is an embroidered V logo, and on the tongue a small leather label.
What do you notice about thick leather?
The upper is built from thick leather with suede panels. That weighs more than a canvas sneaker, but it holds its shape and does not cave in at the toe. As you break them in, creases form across the instep. They stay and are part of the material.
Two sets of laces in the box
Flat and round laces are included. With the flat laces, the lacing looks wide and fills the area; with the round ones, more white stays visible. So you change the look of the shoe without buying anything extra. The insole is printed with the brand’s own design.
Which sizes are left?
