1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Vans Sk8-Hi Skate Navy White
The popular Sk8-Hi is a legendary model in the Vans series. These casual, yet hip high-top sneakers are decorated with the iconic Vans Sidestripe. The inner lining is made of textile, which ensures the perfect fit. The eye-catching details are the red brand label on the heel, the contrasting white laces and the stitching on the shoe. The nose is reinforced with a bumper and thus prevents wear. The padded ankle collar provides support and flexibility and the 3 cm thick rubber contour sole with waffle profile provides grip while walking. Ideal right?
