1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

De Vans Crosspath XC GORE-TEX MTE lost het najaarsprobleem op: je wilt Vans dragen, maar het regent. Deze volledig zwarte sneaker uit de MTE-lijn (Mountain Edition) van Vans heeft een GORE-TEX-membraan dat water buitenhoudt en zweet doorlaat — waterdicht zonder broeierige voeten — en staat op een Vibram-buitenzool met grove noppen die grip geeft waar een gladde zool het opgeeft.
Een sneaker voor nat weer, geen wandelschoen
Het verschil met een echte hikeschoen zit in het silhouet: de Crosspath XC blijft laag, licht en stads. Het sneltrekkoord met stopper vervangt veters, de beschermrand rondom vangt stoten op en de zwart-op-zwart uitvoering maakt hem draagbaar op alles. Van fietsrit door de regen tot boswandeling — zonder dat het eruitziet alsof je de bergen in gaat.
