1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

What is Micro G foam?
Micro G is Under Armour's name for its cushioning. In the Spawn 4 it runs the full length of the sole and is thickest under your heel, with a rounded shape. That shape catches your heel when you land and then rolls you forward onto your forefoot. On an indoor court you notice it most on rebounds, when you land and jump again in quick succession.
One shoe for several indoor sports
We list the Spawn 4 under basketball, korfball, handball, netball and volleyball. That's not sloppy categorizing: it's the same floor and the same movements. Under the shoe sits a tread pattern that is drawn differently at the pivot points than under the rest of the sole, right where you pivot.
