1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

New Era Shoulder Messenger Bag
A small rectangular shoulder bag in black nylon, with a zip front pocket and a main compartment that opens across the entire top. On the sides are metal snap hooks that the strap clips onto, and the small white New Era flag label sits at the bottom right.
What fits inside
The size sits between a waist bag and a regular shoulder bag. Your phone, wallet, keys, a power bank and a paperback fit in easily. A laptop doesn’t. If you like to head out with just a few things, this gives you exactly enough.
The zipper opens both ways
The main compartment has two sliders that run toward each other. You open only the side you need, without opening up the whole bag. That helps when you wear it across your chest and want to reach in with one hand.
The strap is removable
The adjustable strap unclips on both sides. Set short, it hangs over your shoulder; set long, you wear it across your chest. Take the strap off and you’re left with a flat pouch that fits inside a bigger bag.
Plain black nylon
The outside is 100% nylon in a dense weave, with no pattern. Plain black goes with everything, from a track jacket to a winter coat. A splash of rain or a stain wipes off smooth nylon more easily than off textured fabric.
