1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Service Works Symphony Tee Wit
Een gans op stil water, bomen eromheen, en daaronder de regel over een symfonie van passie. Service Works zet op zijn t-shirts liever een tekening dan een logo, en de Symphony Tee is daar het rustigste voorbeeld van. Het doek eronder is zwaarder dan je van een t-shirt verwacht.
Waar is hij van gemaakt?
Tweehonderdvijftig gram per vierkante meter, honderd procent GOTS-gecertificeerd biologisch katoen. Een doorsnee t-shirt zit rond de 150 tot 180 gram, dus dit is een flink zwaarder doek. Je merkt het eraan dat het shirt rechter van je schouder valt en dat je er niets doorheen ziet. GOTS dekt de hele keten af, van de oogst tot het label.
Wat staat erop?
Een getekende gans op het water, met bomen en rimpelingen eromheen, en daaronder de merknaam met de regel over een symfonie. Alles in twee tinten op de ondergrond, dus het is een illustratie en geen logo. De opdruk is met de hand zeefgedrukt, wat betekent dat er tussen twee shirts altijd kleine verschillen zitten.
Hoe zit hij?
Een standaard snit met een middelzwaar doek: niet oversized en niet strak. Je neemt je eigen maat. De hals is ingezet uitgevoerd, de constructie waarbij de boord apart aan het shirt gezet wordt; die blijft daardoor rond in plaats van na een paar wasbeurten uit te lubberen. Het model op de foto's is 1,83 meter en draagt M. Wij hebben S tot en met XL binnengekregen en hij ligt in onze winkel in Den Bosch.
Hoe zit het met deze kleur?
Helder wit, waarop de illustratie het duidelijkst uitkomt. De tekening is in groen en blauwgrijs gezet, en die tinten hebben op wit het meeste contrast. Bij 250 gram schijnt het wit bovendien niet door, wat bij een licht t-shirt vaker misgaat dan je zou denken.
