1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Service Works Boiling Point LS Tee Black
Boiling Point is the long sleeve from the FW26 line by Service Works, with a hand screen-printed graphic on the same heavy fabric as the Symphony Tee. A long sleeve of this weight is the kind of shirt you keep wearing from September to April, on its own or under a layer.
What is it made of?
Two hundred fifty grams per square meter, one hundred percent GOTS-certified organic cotton, the same fabric as the Symphony Tee from this line but with long sleeves. A regular shirt is around 150 to 180 grams, so this is considerably heavier. As a result, the shirt hangs straighter and nothing shows through.
What's on it?
A hand screen-printed graphic. Hand screen printing means someone pulls the ink through the screen for each shirt, so there are always small differences in coverage between two pieces. That's not a flaw but the hallmark of the technique, and it's exactly why it looks different from a machine transfer print.
When do you wear it?
A 250-gram long sleeve is a shirt for spring and fall: on its own when it's mild, under an overshirt or a jacket when it gets colder. The neck is set in, the construction where the neckband is attached separately, which keeps it round. Take your usual size. The model in the photos is 1.88 m tall and wears M. What about this color?
Deep black in a 250-gram fabric that, thanks to its weight, washes out to gray less quickly than a thin black shirt. The hand screen-printed graphic is in a light color, which gives it plenty of contrast. Of the two versions, this is the one that looks clean the longest, and that matters with a shirt you wear often.
