1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

About custom products:
This is a personalized product. These products are not kept ready in stock but are produced by us specifically for you. Please note that the delivery time is somewhat longer than 1-3 days. Items are usually printed and shipped within 10 business days. During busy periods, this can sometimes take a bit longer. Sometimes the base product we print on is not in stock at our location. We then have to order it ourselves from one of our partners or from our factory. When this is the case, the delivery time will increase by about 20 business days. If this is the case, we will let you know ourselves within a few days of your order.
What are the consequences:
You order this product just for yourself, so it cannot be exchanged or returned. Not sure about the size or the print you want? Don't hesitate to ask your question in our chat or send us an email. We can then give you the best possible advice. These arrangements have been agreed upon with the club you play for.
Warranty:
If there is a problem with the product you received, please contact us via chat, email or phone. To help you as quickly and effectively as possible, it is best to describe your problem and question as clearly as possible and, if needed, send photos so we can look into the problem with you. You can expect a reply to your questions from our customer service within 48 hours.
Orders within the Netherlands ship free on purchases of EUR 99.00 or more.
