1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Saucony Triumph 23 Running Shoe White / Lilac
The shoe for your easy kilometers
Not every run has to be fast. Within Saucony's range, the Triumph is the model with the most cushioning underfoot, made for the kind of run where you could still hold a conversation. A long Sunday run, a recovery run the day after a race, or just five kilometers because it's light outside.
Built high, yet not clunky
Saucony lists 37 millimeters of foam under the heel and 27 under the forefoot. That's a lot of material, and a lot of material normally means a lot of weight. Yet this version lost around 38 grams compared with the Triumph 22. Saucony calls the foam PWRRUN PB, and it springs back after being compressed, so you don't sink into it.
What sits directly under the sole of your foot?
An insole that is thicker and more responsive than the standard foam sheet in most shoes. Saucony calls it the SRS insole. Because it's the top layer in the shoe, it's the first thing you notice when you step in.
White with lilac and a pink sole
The upper is white knit mesh, with the Saucony logo in soft pink on the side. The midsole fades from white into a light lilac, and under the forefoot there's a pink patch in the outsole. Little color, yet instantly recognizable.
Where do you run in it?
Asphalt and cobblestones. The outsole has a light tread designed for the road. For muddy forest trails, grab a shoe with real lugs underneath.

We recommend this model for the easy kilometers in your week, not the fast ones. If you want one shoe for everything, choose something with less foam underneath.
You do long, easy runs at a pace where you can still hold a conversation
You want a recovery shoe for the day after a race
You want lots of cushioning without the shoe feeling clunky
For interval training on the track, this is too much shoe; grab a light racing model for that.
Do you run through mud? The tread is light and meant for asphalt, so get a trail shoe.

Go one size up from what you normally wear, because according to our records this model runs small.
