1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Saucony Shadow 5000 Black / Gray
The Shadow line started in 1985 as a running shoe. The 5000 came a few years later and had a more refined midsole of EVA foam, designed for long distances. When running shoes moved on to air and gel systems in the nineties, the model disappeared from sports stores and resurfaced as a sneaker. This version is black mesh with light gray suede panels on the toe, the sides and the heel.
Layers of suede on mesh
Look at the side and you’ll see separate pieces of suede lying over a mesh base: one panel over the toe, one over the midsection with the logo, one around the heel. That construction isn’t there for show. On a running shoe from that era, the suede pieces sat exactly where the shoe stretched the most.
A day around town
The midsole is thick and made of foam, and the heel sits higher than the forefoot. That’s comfortable if you walk and stand a lot, and it takes some getting used to if you’re coming from a flat shoe. For a long day on your feet, this one has you covered.
Keeping black and gray clean
The light gray suede is the most delicate part. Brush it dry with a suede brush and work from the toe toward the back; getting it wet usually makes a stain bigger. Wipe the black mesh with a damp cloth.
