1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Saucony Shadow 5000 Gravel / Grey
Gray mesh, suede in a gray-brown shade and a cream-colored midsole: the Shadow 5000 in the Gravel colorway keeps it understated. This model has been around since the late eighties.
What exactly is the Shadow 5000?
Saucony started the Shadow line in the mid-eighties as a running shoe; the 5000 followed in 1989 with a more substantial midsole for long distances. The shape has barely changed since: a low collar, a long toe and suede panels over a mesh base. What was technology back then is now mostly design.
What do you notice about the EVA midsole?
Under your foot is an EVA midsole, a light foam that compresses and springs back. Underneath is rubber with a shallow tread. You don’t stand high on it, but the sole is thick enough to keep a day on the sidewalk comfortable.
How do you care for suede?
Suede absorbs moisture and gets water rings from it. Let a wet shoe dry at room temperature first, then brush it dry and keep it out of the washing machine; our data lists it as hand wash. A suede spray before you wear it for the first time saves you the most work in the long run.
What does this color go well with?
Gray with gray-brown is a calm combination you can wear with both dark and light clothing. That’s also exactly why this model has kept coming back to our store in Den Bosch for years.
