1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Saucony Ride Millennium Sneaker Black
The Ride Millennium draws on the shape of the running shoes Saucony made around the year 2000: a long, low line with lots of separate panels and a thick midsole. This version is done entirely in black, right down to the laces and the sole.
What is Grid cushioning?
Grid is the system Saucony has been building into its midsoles for decades: a grid under the heel that spreads the impact of landing over a larger surface. As a result, your heel sinks in a controlled way instead of shooting off to one side.
Black on black: what can you still see?
Quite a lot, but only up close. The mesh on the sides has a different weave than the smooth panels over it, and the Saucony stripe runs in a matte shade across the glossy black. The midsole has a dark gray edge that shows its shape. From a meter away, you mostly see the silhouette.
Handy if your shoes get dirty fast
A black shoe shows dust, splashes and streaks far less than a white one. For commuting, train platforms and fall weather, that's a practical advantage. They're not waterproof, so for a day in pouring rain, choose something else.
