1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Back then, the Triumph was Saucony’s cushioned model for long distances. When this silhouette returned as a sneaker, the details stayed: the silver overlays of shiny leather, the open mesh between them and the thick midsole with ProGrid cushioning. Anyone who ran back then will recognize it immediately.
What does Arch-Lock do under your instep?
On the inside of the shoe is a panel that Saucony calls Arch-Lock, which pulls over your instep together with the laces. It holds the middle of your foot in place, so you don’t slide around in your shoe as you roll through your step. You notice it when you walk at a brisk pace: the shoe stays on your foot instead of moving around it.
How do you keep white and silver clean?
You wipe the shiny overlays clean with a damp cloth, faster and easier than mesh. The mesh between them is the delicate part: brush it dry and keep it out of the washing machine. Our data lists it as hand wash.
