1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Saucony ProGrid Omni 9 Sneaker White / Tart

A runner from 2010, now on the street
The Omni 9 came out in 2010 as a running shoe and has everything you recognize from that era: a built-up sole, layers of material on top of each other and small touches of color. That is exactly why it’s now worn by people who don’t run at all.
What the straps over your instep do
Synthetic straps attached to the laces run over the middle of the shoe. When you tighten the laces, those straps tighten too and close the shoe around your midfoot. As a result, your foot shifts less from side to side on a lateral step.
The cushioning under your heel
ProGrid is Saucony’s own cushioning technology. The brand uses it under the heel and the forefoot to soften the impact of every step. On a day when you walk and stand a lot, that’s the difference between fresh and heavy legs when you get home.
The mesh lets air through
The upper is open-weave, so your foot doesn’t get warm as quickly. Nice in summer, but it also means a downpour gets right in. For a wet winter day, grab something else from the closet.
What to wear it under
Straight or wide pants show the sole, and with this model that’s its best side.

The Omni 9 comes in EU 38 to 46 in a regular width. Retro models don’t always fit the same as the sneakers you wear now, so check Saucony’s size guide before you order.
In the store, this model runs smaller than people expect, so we have customers try it a size up by default. The color is calmer in real life than in the photo: the bright green is a stripe along the sole, not a block.

This one runs small: take a size larger than you’re used to.
We carry the range from 38 through 46, with half sizes in between.
The width is standard and the toe is round, so wide feet will feel tight in it.

Brush off sand and dust while dry before you start cleaning.
Wipe the white mesh with a damp cloth and a drop of soap, then let them air dry.
