1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Saucony Progrid Omni 9 Sneaker Black / Torte

The Progrid Omni 9 came out in 2010 as a stability running shoe and is now back as a sneaker for the street. This Black / Torte version keeps it dark, with just enough shine and blue to keep it from looking flat.

What Grid cushioning actually is
The sole contains a web of threads stretched between your heel and the ground. With every step, that web gives a little and spreads the impact over a larger area, instead of letting it land on a single point. You notice it most when standing for a long time and walking on paving stones.
Why there's a plastic frame over your instep
The bands that run along the side over the laces are made of plastic. Together they form a frame that wraps your midfoot and keeps your foot in place as soon as you tighten the laces. In 2010 that was meant for stability while running; now it mainly keeps the shoe snug around your foot.
Black with silver and light blue
The metallic silver catches the light when you move, and the light blue appears only in the sole and on the logo. That keeps the overall look dark enough for everyday wear, and you only see the details up close. You can always try them on in our store in Den Bosch.
