1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Saucony ProGrid Guide 7 Sneaker White / Pine
The Guide series is Saucony's line for runners who could use a little support without stepping straight into a heavy motion-control shoe. The seventh version came out as a daily trainer, with an eight-millimeter drop between the heel and the forefoot.
What is a stability shoe?
For many people, the foot rolls inward as it moves through the stride. A stability shoe has slightly firmer foam on the inner side, so that movement is slowed down. On the Guide 7 this sits in the midsole, complemented by a wide, flared forefoot that keeps you balanced on the ground.
What does PowerGrid do?
With this version, Saucony switched from ProGrid to PowerGrid: a perforated foam insert in the midsole that is lighter and holds its springiness longer. Under your heel there's also a separate landing pad. The result is a soft first impression that then stays firm instead of bottoming out.
What does white with pine look like?
White and light gray mesh form the base, with dark green stripes along the side and around the heel. Silver-gray details run along the lacing area, and the heel collar is black. The midsole is white with a green edge. Sporty, but it looks just as good under a pair of jeans.
Running or just walking?
Both work. The sole has hard rubber under the heel for durability and softer rubber under the forefoot for grip as you push off. If you mostly walk to work and spend a lot of time on your feet, you'll get the most out of the cushioning. There's one size left, 37. Check the size guide for your correct size.
