1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Where does this shape come from?
At Saucony, the Guide 7 was a stability running shoe: a model for runners whose feet roll inward. Saucony re-released it for everyday wear, with the original construction intact. You can see that in the layered upper, the wide forefoot and the thick sole with seams in it.
What is Grid cushioning?
The sole contains a web of threads that Saucony calls Grid. With every step, that web spreads the impact over a larger area instead of absorbing it at a single point. As a result, a landing feels softer and your foot tilts less as it sinks in.
How does the colorway come together?
The base is gray mesh with silver pieces on top. The midsole is aqua blue, with pink along the collar and on the heel and a small stripe of lime green at the back. It is a version that stands out without you seeing it coming from a hundred meters away.
Can you stand in them for a long time?
This is where this shoe beats a flat sneaker. The sole is high, the cushioning comes from running and the forefoot flares out wide, so you stand steady. That is comfortable for a day at a trade fair or a long walk through the city. The mesh lets air through and does not keep rain out.
