1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Rigorer AR2 Basketball Shoe Showtime Sunrise Mixed
Two colors in one box: one shoe in Showtime purple, the other in Sunrise yellow. It's the second signature model of Austin Reaves, who plays for the Los Angeles Lakers.
Two different shoes, how does that work?
Rigorer also offers both colorways as regular pairs; in this box they've been deliberately mixed. So you get a different color on your left and right, and that's instantly visible on the court. If you'd rather have two of the same, check out the individual versions.
What is Showtime Foam?
The midsole runs the full length and is made of Showtime Foam, an ETPU foam that has been expanded under pressure. Rigorer itself says it returns seventy percent more energy than the previous generation. What you notice on the floor: you sink into the sole on landing and get something back when you push off.
A full-length anti-torsion plate, and what you'll notice
Between your heel and your forefoot sits a continuous plate of hard plastic, an anti-torsion plate. It prevents the shoe from twisting along its length when you change direction with force. That keeps your foot and the sole in line, even when you're on the edge of your shoe during a sharp cut.
For what kind of player?
Reaves plays guard, and that's what this shoe is tuned for: a low collar that leaves your ankle free, a light upper of woven yarn and plastic sidewalls that keep your foot above the sole. If you mostly play under the rim and want more support around your ankle, look at a higher model.

We carry the AR2 in a wide range of sizes, from 40 up to and including 49.5. Our data lists it as regular to wide. For your size, use the size guide on this page.
We recommend this pair to players who like being spotted on the floor right away; as a shoe, it’s just the AR2, only purple on the left and yellow on the right. If you’d rather not stand out, we simply hang the separate Showtime and Sunrise right next to it in Den Bosch.

Do you wear size 47 or bigger and rarely find it
If you play outdoors on concrete every week, an indoor sole wears quickly; ask us about a model with thicker outer rubber.
If you want two matching shoes, look at the separate Showtime and Sunrise versions.
If you’re looking for support around your ankle after a sprain, a high-top model with a brace is a better choice.
