1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Puma Palermo Vintage Turquoise/Gum
PUMA calls this color Jade Frost, combined with Frosted Ivory and a gum sole. The photo shows why: a bright green that leans toward mint, with an off-white Formstrip and heel on top. It’s the summer version of a shoe that’s all about its shape.
Where the name Palermo comes from
In the eighties, PUMA made a series of sneakers named after European cities: London, Oslo, Palermo. The Palermo grew into the shoe of the English football terraces, and that terrace history is the reason the model is back. The T-shaped seam across the toe and the gum sole were both carried over from that era.
Rough suede in a bright color
The Vintage version uses a longer brushed suede. With a vivid color like this, that stands out even more: run your hand over the side and the shade shifts. The upper has a textile base with suede overlays. The gold PUMA lettering on the side and on the tongue label forms a warm counterpoint to all that green.
A low sole with shorts
The sole is flat and thin, so the shoe doesn’t add any height. With shorts in summer, the color stands out right away; under long pants you only see the gum edge and a strip of green. Both look good, but the first way is what this version is made for.
Two sizes and then that’s it
In this color, only size 37 and size 45 are still on the rack, and no restock is coming. If your size isn’t there, take a look at the leather or the petrol green Palermo.
