1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Puma Palermo LTH Black/Feather Gray/Gum
The Palermo belongs to the series of sneakers with which PUMA put European cities on its shoes in the eighties: London, Oslo, Palermo. In the stands of English soccer stadiums it became a regular sight, and that terrace look is exactly why the model is back.
What the T-toe does for the fit
Look at the shoe from above and you'll see a seam that runs across the toe like a T: a separate piece of leather over the toe cap, stitched through to the center. That's the original T-toe construction. In practical terms, it means the toe holds its shape and doesn't cave in where your foot bends.
Leather where there's usually suede
The LTH version swaps the usual suede for smooth leather on most of the upper. On the toe and around the heel are dark gray suede panels, and the Formstrip on the side is done in off-white. On the tongue sits the familiar small black label with PUMA in gold letters. This colorway is officially called PUMA Black-Feather Gray-Gum.
The gum sole under your foot
The sole is made of gum rubber, that honey-colored rubber you recognize right away on the side. The tread is fine and flat, which gives grip on a smooth indoor floor and holds up just fine on a sidewalk. Note: gum darkens over time, and that's part of it.
A flat sole, all day long
There's little cushioning in this shoe: it's a low, flat sneaker without a thick midsole. That looks sharp under a pair of pants, but if you're standing on a hard floor all day, you'll feel that flat sole in your feet.
We recommend these if you want a black sneaker that doesn’t immediately look like an athletic shoe; you can polish the leather clean again with a cloth. If you’ll be standing in them for long periods, keep in mind there’s hardly any cushioning.
