1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Low or high: what does that mean for your ankle?
A low shoe runs below your ankle bone, a high one closes above it. What you notice with a low one is freedom of movement: your ankle can rotate fully. What you give up is the lockdown that many players appreciate after they have sprained an ankle. If you have that history, choose a higher model or wear an ankle brace under this shoe. Ask about it in the store, we are happy to help you decide.
How do you recognize this black-and-gold version?
The entire upper is black, with a brushed pattern in dark blue and gray on the panels that you only see in the light. The tongue carries LaMelo Ball’s signature in gold, and there is a gold accent on the heel. The midsole has a wavy texture and, like the outsole, is completely black. Not loud, lots of detail.
Good enough for a beginner?
Yes. If you are just starting out in basketball, what you mainly need is a shoe that grips the indoor floor and absorbs your landing. This model does that. What the sole can handle
The outsole is rubber with a tread that, according to Puma, is made to handle wear. Indoors, it lasts a long time. On concrete and asphalt every tread wears faster, so if you mostly play outside, keep that in mind. Wipe the sole briefly before you step onto the floor, and you have more grip right away.
We recommend this version if you’re looking for a shoe that goes with any uniform: it’s almost entirely black, with gold only on the tongue and heel. If you want your ankle more enclosed, stop by and we’ll put a higher model next to it.
Do you play indoors a lot and want to stay low to the floor?
Looking for your first real basketball shoe? It has both grip and cushioning.
Do you also play indoor volleyball or handball? Same stops, same floor, same sole.
Prefer a dark shoe? Apart from the gold details, this one is all black.
Do you mainly play outdoors on concrete? Go for a model with a thicker outsole; that buys you half a season.
Have you sprained your ankle more than once? Choose a higher model, or add an ankle brace from us.
Want a shoe that wraps your whole foot? Then look at a mid-top model from the same line.
