1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Puma All-Pro NITRO 2 Core Basketball Shoe Gray
A low basketball shoe in gray, with a lighter wave pattern across the side and an off-white sole underneath. The All-Pro NITRO 2 is the second version of Puma's team model: made for players who don't need an NBA star's name on their shoe, but who do want everything you need on the court.
What NITROFOAM does under your foot
The midsole contains NITROFOAM, foam that Puma injects with nitrogen during production. The result is a light foam that compresses deeply on landing and then bounces back. You notice it mainly when you jump a lot: the landing feels softer than on a hard sole, while you can still feel where the floor is.
Grip in every direction
Under the forefoot there is a diamond pattern in rubber, in the middle a circular tread and under the heel a pivot point. That combination grips the floor from every side, so whether you brake straight ahead or turn away sideways makes little difference. Testers at The Hoops Geek measured a friction value of 0.76, well above the average in their test series.

A basketball shoe is simply an indoor shoe. The sole and the lateral stability are exactly what you look for in korfball, volleyball and handball too. Puma rates this model for indoor courts and for mixed indoor and outdoor surfaces.
How does it fit around your ankle?
This is a low model: the collar stays below your ankle bone. That lets you move more freely, but you get no support from the upper around your ankle. If you do need that support, look at a mid-top model that supports the ankle without restricting your movement, or combine this shoe with an ankle brace.

With this model we always suggest trying one size up, because it runs small. Feel free to ask for two sizes side by side; it saves you a return.

If you want support around your ankle after a sprain, choose a mid-top model or wear an ankle brace with it.
If you play outside on concrete every week, the tread wears faster; ask about a model with outdoor rubber.
