1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

What details do you see on the shirt?
The body runs in wide stripes of blue and black, with a check pattern in the blue stripes that's built into the fabric itself. The collar is ribbed with white piping, on the chest there's a gold emblem in the shape of a globe, and below it PROHIBITED appears in a white bar. The hem reads BERLIN, the city where the brand designs its collections.
What difference does polyester make?
The shirt is one hundred percent polyester, just like a real game jersey. Polyester absorbs little moisture and dries quickly, so sweat doesn't linger in the fabric. It feels smoother than cotton and hardly wrinkles, even when you carry it folded in a bag.
How roomy is the fit?

Hand washing — why, exactly?
This shirt comes with hand-wash instructions. Keep it to lukewarm water, squeeze it out without wringing and let it dry flat on a towel. The emblem and the bar on the chest sit on top of the fabric rather than in it, and this way they last the longest. Polyester has no business in the dryer.
The blue panels have a check pattern built into the fabric itself, so you only see it when the light hits it. If you wear it loose, size XL runs roomy; otherwise, come try it on.
