1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Peak Elf Basketball Shoe Black
The Elf is the model NBA player José Alvarado wears at Peak. It's a low-top shoe with a thin, breathable upper with light reinforcements added where the most force hits. This colorway is black, with a red-orange gradient across the side and a neon-green edge along the sole.
Taichi foam: what do you notice?
The heel holds Peak's Taichi foam. That foam responds to how hard you move: on a quick push-off it compresses and gives back, at an easy pace it feels softer. You notice it most in the difference between warming up and the first minutes of a game.
Does it fit a wide foot?
Honestly: the Elf has a narrow last. If you have a wide forefoot, this shoe will pinch across your midfoot, and you're better off looking at a model with a roomier last. Or stop by in Den Bosch and try it on.
Also for korfball, handball and volleyball
A basketball shoe is an indoor court shoe. The PEAK-GCU rubber under this sole is made for a lacquered floor, and that's the same floor you play korfball, handball or volleyball on. If you mostly play outdoors on concrete, this kind of rubber wears quickly; keep it for indoors.
Who is this model for?
A good fit if you want to stay low to the floor and change direction a lot. If you're looking for a high-top shoe that locks in your ankle, for example because you've sprained it several times, this isn't the model. Sizes here run from 39 to 48.
We recommend this model to players who play with speed: the Taichi foam in the heel responds to your pace and the low cut keeps your ankle free. Do watch the last, though, because it runs narrow.

You play basketball, korfball, handball or volleyball indoors.
Do you have a wide forefoot? This model has a narrow last and will pinch; in that case, look at a wider Peak model.
Do you mainly play outside on concrete? The PEAK-GCU rubber is made for an indoor court floor and wears faster there; in that case, choose an outdoor basketball shoe.
