1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Peak Elf Basketball Shoe White
The same Elf as the black version, but in off-white with plum accents and thin mint-green lines across the upper. The PEAK logo on the heel is done in plum. The upper is a thin woven material with sturdier sections where your foot pushes hardest against the shoe.
Why low-cut for quick footwork?
The collar sits below your ankle bone, so your ankle can bend and rotate freely. Players who take a lot of short steps and move quickly from side to side often go for that. If you'd rather have your ankle locked in, you're better off looking at a high-top model.
How to keep white white
Wear this shoe indoors and it stays clean the longest. Wipe off gym dust afterward with a damp cloth. Black marks from another sole usually come off with an eraser. This shoe doesn't belong in the washing machine.
For those just starting out
This shoe doesn't do anything complicated: low, light, cushioning in the heel and rubber under the sole. For someone just starting out on the court, that's exactly enough. Do keep the last in mind, though, because it's narrow; with a wide forefoot, you won't be comfortable in this one.
From 37 to 47
With this model, the size range goes lower than with many basketball shoes, so even a youth player in size 37 will find a fit. Check Peak's size guide for the length in centimeters.
We recommend this model to players who are just starting out indoors: low, light and with cushioning in the heel, without unnecessary extras. Do watch the last, though, because it runs narrow.
