1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

McDavid 511 Ankle Sleeve
The McDavid ankle sleeve 511 provides light compression for the ankle and contains no neoprene. The sleeve is perfect to use both during and after sports.
McDavid uses three different protection levels. The McDavid 511 ankle sleeve has protection level 1. This means that the sleeve offers light protection for the ankle and is therefore well suited for the prevention of possible injuries.
McDavid offers four different sizes for the McDavid 511 ankle brace, namely (European shoe size):
S: 38.5 – 42.5
M: 42.5 – 44.5
L: 44.5 – 47.5
XL: 48+
Orders within the Netherlands ship free on purchases of EUR 99.00 or more.
