1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Under Armour Jet '25 GS Basketball Shoe White Black
White with black is the look basketball shoes started with, and the Jet '25 does it in kids' sizes. The upper is white, the details and the sole are black. That last part is more practical than it sounds: the sole is exactly where the first scuffs show up.
What Micro G does
Micro G is the foam Under Armour has been putting under its basketball shoes for years. It's thinner than most cushioning, and that's exactly the point: your foot sits closer to the ground, so you tilt less during a lateral movement. It does rebound, so you get energy back when you push off. For a child who is still learning to accelerate and stop, that combination of sitting low and rebounding is exactly what you want.

Size and fit
Grade School is Under Armour's kids' sizing, here from EU 35.5 through 40. Under Armour lists a regular fit, with standard laces. If your child normally wears their usual size, that's the right one here too.

Wipe the sole clean with a damp cloth after playing; dust on the sole costs you grip.
Never wash them in the machine, because that's where the glue of the sole comes loose.
