1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Under Armour Jet '23 GS Basketball Shoe Black Gray
The same Jet '23 as the black-and-gold one, but with Jet Gray and white instead of metallic gold. It’s the quieter of the two: mostly black, with gray on the side and white in the sole. For kids who also keep their shoes on outside the gym, it’s the practical choice, because dust and scuffs barely show on this combination.

What Micro G does
Micro G is the foam Under Armour has been putting under its basketball shoes for years. It’s thinner than most cushioning, and that’s deliberate: your foot sits closer to the ground, so you tilt less during a lateral movement. It does spring back, so you get energy back when you push off. For a kid who’s still learning to accelerate and stop, that’s exactly the right combination.
The traction pattern
The outsole follows an anatomical pattern: the grooves follow the shape of the foot instead of a standard block pattern. As a result, the sole flexes easily where the foot bends and stays stiff where you push off.

Grade School is Under Armour’s kids’ sizing, here from EU 35.5 through 40. Under Armour itself lists a regular fit. Come try it on in our store in Den Bosch — with a growing foot, half a size is the difference between a season and half a season.
Does your child also play outside on the neighborhood court? This color shows it the least.
Looking for a light shoe? 272 grams is light for a basketball shoe.
Does the club require dark shoes? This one is mostly black.

Wipe the sole clean with a damp cloth after playing; dust on the sole costs you grip.
Never wash them in the machine, because that's where the glue of the sole comes loose.
