1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Columbia Street Commuter Insulated Jacket Black
This is the most expensive jacket in this delivery, and that comes down to two things that rarely come together in one jacket: it's truly waterproof and it's lined. Most winter jackets make you choose — waterproof and cold, or warm and only water-repellent. The Street Commuter does both.
Waterproof, and why that's more than water-repellent
The outer fabric has Omni-Tech: a membrane that keeps water out but lets water vapor through, so your sweat can escape. Even more important is what happens at the seams. Every seam is sealed, because a seam is a row of tiny holes and water would otherwise just run straight in. The front placket is also bonded instead of stitched. That's the difference between a jacket that can handle a shower and a jacket that can handle a day of rain.
How it keeps you warm
The lining is Omni-Heat Infinity, recognizable by its gold dot pattern. Those dots reflect your body heat back inside, so less insulation is needed for the same warmth. The insulation itself is 60 grams of Microtemp XF II, 85 percent of it made from recycled polyester. The result is a jacket that's warm without the bulk of a puffer jacket.
