1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Columbia Powder Keg Heat Seal Down Puffer Green Gray
The same down jacket as the black one, but in two colors: a muted sage green body with a dark gray shoulder panel that runs across the chest and back. It's a green that leans toward gray — not a loud color, but clearly different from the black and navy jackets that fill most winter racks.
What's in the fill
700 fill power down. That number tells you how much volume the down takes up per gram: the higher it is, the more air it holds and the warmer it is at the same weight. Seven hundred is well above average. The down comes from a supply chain certified to the Responsible Down Standard, which means its origin is checked.
Why there are no stitched seams
In a stitched-through down jacket, the down gets pressed flat at every seam, and that's where heat escapes. The Heat Seal construction bonds the baffles together with heat instead of sewing them. So no seams, no cold spots, and a smooth exterior that looks sleeker than a classic puffer.
