1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

The fit is – as you’d expect from Burned – longer and slimmer, so it falls nicely on taller people with a slightly more athletic build. And thanks to the raglan sleeves, you don’t have to worry about whether you have broad or narrow shoulders: this zip-up always fits well.
The hoodie is made of 80% cotton and 20% polyester, with a soft fleece interior that breathes well and absorbs sweat. The double-lined hood is sturdy and warm, with metal aglets and a thick drawstring closure. What makes this zip-up unique: the two zip pockets on the sides are neatly concealed and close with sturdy YKK zippers, so your stuff really stays put – which is rare for a zip-up hoodie.
Like the other items in our collection, this zip hoodie is finished with ribbed-knit trims at the sleeves and hem. They provide a nice, elastic fit. On the chest is the subtle embroidered Burned logo, and on the back of the hood the recognizable icon. The neck tape on the inside completes the finish. Everything just feels complete.
