1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Burned 3x3 Official Indoor & Outdoor Basketball (size 6)
The basketball that causes the most confusion: 3x3 is played with a basketball that has its own specification.
- Circumference — that of a size 6
- Weight — that of a size 7
That feels strange in your hand if you're not used to it, and that's exactly the point. The Burned 3x3 Official is that basketball, in the official size, for men and women who play 3x3.
Since 2011, Burned has been the basketball specialist in the Netherlands. Our own basketballs were designed from that hands-on experience: functional, durable and made for heavy use.
Why that combination
In 3x3 you play on one hoop, with lots of dribbling in a small space. A lighter basketball would bounce too much, a bigger one is harder to control with one hand. This one sits deliberately in between: smaller for control, heavier for balance on a shot.
Indoor and outdoor basketball in one
Yellow and blue, with a PU leather outer layer and our Sticky-Grip cover. That slightly rough layer keeps its grip with sweaty hands and on dusty asphalt — and 3x3 is played outside more often than inside. On an indoor floor, this basketball works just as well.
The official NBB size chart
The 3x3 has its own specification and comes in one size. If you also play regular five-on-five, the standard sizes of the Dutch Basketball Federation apply. Your age on 1 January determines which category you fall into.

Three things stand out. U12 depends on the level, not on age: regionally you play with a size 5, nationally with a size 6. U16 splits by gender — men move up to size 7, women stay at size 6. And from U18, the regular size simply applies: 7 for men, 6 for women.
Does your kid play U8? Then the NBB requires size 4. We don't carry that size — our basketballs start at size 5. For home and the local court, size 5 is fine, but for U8 league play you need size 4.

Who this basketball isn't for
If you play regular five-on-five, you want a standard basketball in size 6 or 7. The 3x3 will then feel too heavy for its size. In that case, take a look at our other indoor-outdoor basketballs, or at the Flare, the Ember and the Ignite for indoor courts.
Pressure check
The right pressure is 0.5 to 0.6 bar (7 to 9 PSI). At the right pressure every ball bounces the same, and that improves your training more than any drill.
No pressure gauge? Use the bounce test: hold the ball straight out beside you at shoulder height and drop it. If it bounces back to about your hip, the pressure is right. If it comes up higher, let out some air; if it stays lower, pump in a little more.
