1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Care instructions:
The printed products are printed in various colors. Due to the high temperatures of modern appliances (washing machines and dryers), colors can sometimes run. This mainly happens in the white parts of the garment. In addition, the fabrics can sometimes “bleed”; this mainly happens with the color red.
To keep the personalized uniforms looking good, the following is important:
- for the first few washes, wash the uniform without other laundry at a low temperature
- Make sure to wash it with a color catcher sheet to see whether the colors actually run. (if this is not the case, you don’t need to repeat this step for the next washes; if the color catcher is heavily discolored, we recommend repeating this process)
- NEVER put the uniform in the dryer
- Always wash the uniform at a low temperature (no higher than 30°C)
- Do not use fabric softener.
- If you want to fully protect the uniform, including the double-sided print, you can use a protective laundry bag. This keeps the uniform and the print from coming into contact with the washing drum.
If you do not follow the instructions above, you may have to replace the uniform sooner. This is entirely at your own risk.
About custom products:
This is a personalized product. These products are not kept ready in stock but are produced by us specifically for you. Please note that the delivery time is somewhat longer than 1-3 days. Items are usually printed and shipped within 10 business days. During busy periods, this can sometimes take a bit longer. Sometimes the base product we print on is not in stock at our location. We then have to order it ourselves from one of our partners or from our factory. When this is the case, the delivery time will increase by about 20 business days. If this is the case, we will let you know ourselves within a few days of your order.
What are the consequences:
You order this product just for yourself, so it cannot be exchanged or returned. Not sure about the size or the print you want? Don’t hesitate to ask your question in our chat or send us an email. We can then give you the best possible advice. These arrangements have been agreed with the club you play for.
