Washing instructions:
The products that are printed are printed with different colors. Due to the high temperatures of modern equipment (washing machines and dryers), color changes can sometimes occur. This mainly happens in the white parts of the clothing. In addition, the substances can also sometimes "bleed", this is mainly done with the color red.
To keep the personalized uniforms beautiful, the following is important:
the first few times the outfit was out, without others the temperature was low
Make sure you wash it with a color catcher cloth to see if the colors actually delivered. (if this is not the case, you do not have to repeat this step for the following washes, if the color catcher discolors much, we recommend that you repeat this process)
NEVER put the kit in the dryer
Always wash the uniform at a low temperature (no higher than 30 degrees)
Do not use fabric softener.
If you want to fully protect your outfit and also the double-sided printing, you can use a protective laundry bag. This ensures that the kit and printing do not come into contact with the washing drum.
If you do not follow the instructions above, you may be forced to replace the kit earlier. This is entirely at your own risk.
About custom product:
This product is a personalized product. These products are not standard ready but are produced by ourselves especially for you. Please note that the delivery time is somewhat longer than 1-3 days. The items are usually printed and shipped within 10 working days. In busy periods this can sometimes be a bit longer. Sometimes it is possible that the basic product that we are going to print on is not in stock at our location. We must then order these ourselves from one of our partners or at our factory. If this is the case, the delivery time will increase by approximately 20 business days. We will inform you about this within a few days of your order if this is the case.
