2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Bluepoint Ankle Brace Ultra
The BluePoint Ankle Brace Ultra provides optimal support for an unstable ankle. The brace is ideal for a mild sprain or twisted ankle and also offers very good protection while recovering from an ankle injury or to prevent one. The elastic strap, wrapped around the ankle in a figure 8, stabilizes the ankle and provides pleasant compression.
An elastic top strap provides extra support and an adjustable fit. The ankle brace is fully adjustable while you are wearing it in your shoe. The built-in anatomical stays provide support and comfort. The BluePoint Ankle Brace Ultra is made of very thin material for full support, has a ventilated tongue and minimal weight.
The padded interior with reinforced closure provides great wearing comfort. Bluepoint braces contain no neoprene, making this an ideal ankle brace if you are sensitive or allergic to neoprene.

The BluePoint Ankle Brace Ultra is universal, so it fits both the right and the left ankle.
