1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Anta KAI 3 CNY Basketball Shoe
What does this colorway stand for?
Anta released the KAI 3 in January and chose this version as the first one out. The colors belong to Chinese New Year: beige, gold and red, with a gradient across the forefoot that runs into red, pink and blue. A red tassel with a metal charm hangs from the laces. You can take it off in no time if you find it gets in the way on the court.
What does nitrogen do in the midsole?
Under your foot sits Anta’s N2 foam. During production, nitrogen is blown into the foam instead of the usual chemical agents. The result is a sole that stays light and springs back when you land. You notice that most when you have to jump one more time at the end of a practice.
Does the tread keep you planted on a crossover?
The outsole has a herringbone pattern: slanted lines that run toward each other like a fishbone. That pattern grips the floor in every direction, including when you push off sideways. On this shoe, Anta runs the tread all the way onto the sides, exactly where your shoe tilts against the floor on a sharp cut.
Low cut: comfortable or too little support?
This is a low shoe. Your ankle sits free above it, which keeps movement light, but it gives less hold than a mid-top model. If you play guard and want as little as possible around your foot, this is the right choice. If you’ve sprained your ankle a few times, look at a model that closes higher around your ankle.
Also for korfball or volleyball?
Yes. At its core, this is an indoor court shoe: rubber under your foot, cushioning for the landing and support at the sides. For indoor korfball, handball and volleyball it works just as well. We still have size 39 in stock, and then 44.5 through 48.5.
The red tassel on the laces is a detail customers in the store often ask about: you can easily take it off if it gets in the way on the court.
