1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

361 Degrees Light Up Joker PE Basketball Shoe Black Purple
The same shoe as the cream version, but done in dark tones. Black upper, a purple gradient panel along the side, a white lightning bolt with the words Light Up in it, and a yellow dot on the toe. Underneath, a gray midsole runs all the way to the heel.
What happens under your heel when you land
In the heel is a carbon fiber element that 361 calls CQT. Carbon fiber is stiff and springs back: the impact of a landing is absorbed first, and you get part of that energy back on your next step. The rest of the midsole is ENRG-X foam, along the full length, and it handles the lighter work: the small jumps, the starts, the hundred times per practice that you land on your forefoot.
The plate that keeps the shoe straight
A wide piece of hard plastic runs under the sole from your forefoot to your heel. When you plant one foot and turn your body the other way, that is the moment a flimsy shoe twists with you and your ankle has to do the work. This plate prevents that. For players who have sprained an ankle more than once, it is the most important part of the whole shoe.
How narrow does this version fit?

From the gym to the outdoor court
361 tunes the outsole rubber for both indoor floors and outdoor courts, and the tread is dense enough not to wear smooth right away on concrete. In this dark colorway, it is also less obvious that you have played on a dusty court.
We point players who have had ankle trouble to this version: the hard plate under the sole keeps the shoe straight when you plant and pivot. Do watch the width, though, because our data lists this pair as narrow.
