1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

What do you notice about the cushioning when you land?
The 361 Degrees midsole absorbs the landing and then pushes back. That is exactly what you want on a rebound: you sink into the sole for a moment and come back out of it, without your knees taking the full impact. On this version, that sole runs in off-white all the way under the heel.
Is this a shoe to start with?
Yes. If you are just starting out in basketball, you mainly need support and cushioning, not a shoe tailored to one style of play. The Team Joker is the team shoe from the Jokic line and is built for exactly that: it does everything pretty well, rather than one thing exceptionally.
Beige on a gym floor, does that work?
A light shoe shows sooner that you have played. Wipe the sides with a damp cloth after practice and the beige stays even. You can keep the outsole itself clean with a small brush: dust under your shoe costs you grip on the hardwood.
How wide does it fit?

The shoe is made for basketball, but korfball, handball and volleyball ask the same of your shoes: cushioning, pushing off and staying planted sideways. So you can use it for those too.
We recommend the Champion to beginners and to players with a wider foot, because it’s pretty good at everything rather than outstanding at one thing. Keep in mind, though, that beige is quicker to show you’ve been playing.
