1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

What do you see on the sole?
The midsole is lime green and runs up the outside of the shoe. Underneath is rubber with a tread designed like a flower: lines that run in every direction from the center. That grips the floor, whether you accelerate forward or push off sideways.
How is the purple put together?
The upper is purple, with a darker purple around the heel and yellow dots that fan out forward from the heel. The 361 Degrees logo sits on the tongue in lime green. The color changes nothing about the shoe itself: this is the same Team Joker as the one in beige or in black and white.
What does a fiberglass plate do?
Between the soles sits a nylon plate with fiberglass. It keeps the shoe straight at the moment you push off, so your force goes forward and doesn't disappear into a flexing sole. Around your heel there is also a hard plastic heel counter that holds your heel in place.

Indoors, and beyond?
This is an indoor shoe: the tread has a fine pattern, and that works on hardwood or on a poured floor. On concrete, a tread like that wears down faster. If you also want to use it on the local court, keep in mind that your grip on the gym floor will suffer afterward.
We offer this version for players who want to be visible on the floor; underneath, it’s the same Team Joker as the beige and the black-and-white ones. Five sizes are left, so come try it on if you’re unsure about the length.
