1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Who is the player behind this line?
361 Degrees makes Nikola Jokic's shoes. Alongside his own Joker models there is the Team Joker, the team shoe from the same line: the same construction, in colors a whole team can wear. This version is called ACE and is white with black, with a black heel full of white dots.
What does the plate in the sole do?
Between the soles sits a nylon plate with fiberglass in it. A plate like that keeps the shoe from bending when you push off with one foot, and returns that force toward your toes. You notice it most on a first step from a standstill.
Mid-top: how much support does that give?
The collar comes up to just below your ankle bone. That is higher than a low-top and lower than a high-top, and it strikes a balance between freedom of movement and support. Around your heel sits a hard plastic heel counter that keeps your heel straight above the sole when you change direction.
Also suitable for korfball, handball or volleyball?
Yes. What a good basketball shoe does, it also does in those gyms: cushioning on landing, grip during lateral movement and support around your ankle. The rubber tread under the sole is designed as a floral pattern and grips the floor in every direction.
