1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

361 Degrees AG Zen VI Basketball Shoe Pink
The AG Zen VI is pink from top to bottom, from soft salmon at the toe to a deeper pink at the heel. The upper is knitted with a fine rib in it, the midsole is white, and the white AG medallion sits on the side. The AG stands for Aaron Gordon: this is his signature model at 361 Degrees.
Pink says nothing about who it's for
Let's get that out of the way right now. We have this shoe in sizes 42.5 and 43, and the color changes nothing about the last, the cushioning or how it's used. Whoever wants to wear it, wears it. Who it's for comes down to the size you need, not the color palette.
What a slow foam does under your foot
In the Zen line, 361 Degrees uses a foam that springs back slowly instead of snapping back right away. The result: your landing sinks in more softly and you feel less impact in your heels after an hour of play. The brand itself adds that the material responds to your body heat and pressure, and so only reaches its best after half an hour or so. If you're looking for a shoe that pushes back hard from the very first step, this isn't that shoe.
Breathable upper for long practices
The knitted upper lets air through and follows the shape of your foot without hard seams. Nice if you play two games in one day or play a tournament. For choosing your size, the size guide is the most reliable route.
Also on the korfball and volleyball court
The grip and lateral support of a basketball shoe work just as well for korfball, handball, volleyball and netball. It belongs indoors; outside on concrete the tread wears down too fast. You can try it on with us in Den Bosch.
Peer Soeters, mid-level sales associate: go for this one if you like a springy sole, because the foam gives you back some of your energy when you push off. There are two sizes left, so come try it on before they’re gone.
Do you play indoors twice a week and want a shoe with some bounce?
Do you wear size 42.5 or 43 and want something other than black or white for once?
Do you play guard and rely on your first step?
Do you also train for korfball, handball or volleyball in the same gym?
Do you mainly play outdoors on concrete? This rubber sole is designed for the gym floor, so choose a shoe with a coarser tread.
Want as much support around your ankle as possible? The collar stays low here, so ask us about a mid-cut model.
